Yes, throughout the hotel there is access to all facilities without architectural barriers for people with disabilities and we also have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility.
What services does the hotel offer?
Receptionists 24 hours a day.
Free WIFI connection is available to hotel guests throughout the hotel.
Accepted methods of payment: by credit card and cash in euros.
The rooms are equipped with mini-fridge and safe, at a cost of 3€/day.
Restaurant hours for breakfast are from 8 am to 10 am, buffet style.
Daily room cleaning and linen change every 3 days.
We have a luggage storage service.
Terrace hours from 10 am to 0 am, use of the jacuzzi and sauna from 10 am to 8 pm, free use for our direct clients.

What time can I occupy my room and when can I check out?
Check-in time in rooms from 2:00 p.m. and check-out time from 11:00 a.m., ask about the possibility of early check-in.
There are some extra taxes of Autonomous Community: During the check-in at the reception a tourist tax must be paid by all persons staying in our hotel. The fee is 0.60€ per person per day, children under 17 years of age are exempt if they are documented with a family book and their guardians fill out the “responsible declaration” form.
The maximum check out time is 11:00h. If you wish to make a late check out, please consult with our reception if it is possible for that day. If available, for an additional cost you can leave your room later than the usual time.
Children: Up to what age do children stay free of charge?
Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge. If you need a crib, please check availability according to dates.
Minors must be under adult supervision at all times.
A maximum occupancy of two children per room applies and may vary according to room size. Discounts and gratuities are available for children from 2 to 10 years old, depending on the dates of accommodation.

Does the hotel accept pets?
We currently do not accept animals in our hotel (with the exception of guide dogs).

We offer breakfast buffet every day, from 8 am to 10 am.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate them in your reservation or at the reception desk upon arrival. We will provide you with other food options.
